We had a VERY popular restaurant in Tokyo at Daikanyama. Even before open the restaurant, people make a long line to wait.
When the head chef moved to Hawaii, we decided to close down our restaurant and bring Japanese food to Hawaii! We have brought the most popular dishes, like our baked beef curry, from our menu in Japan to our food truck here in Hawaii. Pair any meal with a one of a kind freshly made smoothie.
Our farm in Waianae Valley is the root of our Farm to Truck concept. Our beef comes directly from Kualoa Ranch. All of the produce is fresh from our farm here in Waianae, or other farms on the island of Oahu such as Sumida Farm where we get our watercress. This allows us to serve our customers fresh locally sourced organic food daily.
