Persephone Farm

Persephone Farm is seeking to create an agriculture capable of feeding humanity for a thousand generations. Our seasonal organic produce is grown outside in the sun, wind, and rain for great flavor and conservation of resources. Like our mythological namesake, we live, work, and eat within the natural limits of the seasons, avoiding the massive resource consumption that comes with extended season farming. In pursuit of sustainable resource use, we rely on cover crops for much of our soil fertility, encourage beneficial insects with insectary flowers, and derive 75% of our electrical needs from on farm solar panels. In a world swamped with plastics, poisoned with toxins, and oblivious to the future we believe that we must take personal responsibility for our contributions to those problems.
