Pasture raised from April through October, we offer Cornish Cross (a hybrid known for its vigorous growth, producing large tender breasts & white meat portions), as well as Freedom Rangers (a heritage breed meat bird, requiring slightly more time to finish but yielding a flavorful meat with a thicker layer of fat & proportionate ratio of white:dark meat). $6.99/LB, birds average 2.5 to 7+lbs.
