Sweet Swells is a plant-based bakery specializing in baked goods made from local, sustainable, and animal-free products on O'ahu. Freshly baked items range from gluten-free, allergy & diabetic friendly to artisan indulgences. Our goal is to serve our community by offering a unique eco-friendly menu, creating jobs, and supporting local businesses and small farms.
Sweet Swells started in September 2020, with a mission to create a business that embodied our mutual values on sustainability and supporting community. Both my partner and I have both worked in bakeries and food establishments throughout our lives and enjoyed creating a positive experience for others through food. We believe nothing brings us together more than good food because it is a common ground and universal experience. We wanted to give back by creating a menu that promotes a more eco-friendly option of baked goods, is inclusive to different diets, and sources as much of our ingredients locally as possible.
