Phal is in her 11th year offering her now famous food at Farmers Markets and events. Her food is truly unique and does not fit into any traditional category. We call it Asian because she is Asian: Noodles and veggies, shrimp and chicken kabobs, fried rice, chicken and veggie spring rolls, chicken and shrimp rice paper rolls, steam buns, won ton soup.
