Dr. Anilda Ortiz, Owner and Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner of Advanced Optimal Healthcare, a Direct Primary Care clinic.
I provide medical care via the Direct Primary Care Model in person or via Telehealth.
I offer primary medical care services, acute sick care, chronic medical management and Endocrine care such as Thyroid, Hormone and Diabetes Management. I also offer wellness services such as education classes, medical weight loss program, Vitamin Therapy and IV Hydration.
I focus on my patients and their health without the influence of insurance. I charge a flat affordable recurring membership fee instead of billing insurance for my care.
By charging a monthly membership fee this allows me to:
- Have a more rewarding relationship with my patients
- Provide individualized and personalized care
- Maximize my time with my patients by offering 30-60 minute long visits
- Be available to my patients at all times in person, via Telehealth, phone, text or email
- Have minimal or no wait times and offer same day or next day appointments.
Dr. Anilda Ortiz, is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Health and Endocrinology/Diabetes Management.
She has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2002 and a Registered Nurse for over 18 years. She received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) and her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of South Florida (USF) in Tampa, FL and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Rhode Island.
She is originally from RI but has been living in FL with her husband and 2 children since 2011 and has lived in the Tampa Bay area since 2005.
Her passion is to help others feel good and live healthy happy lives by providing holistic personalized care.
