Our amazing Pizza Crust product line was borne, 5 years ago, following unexpected open-heart surgery for my husband, at a young age. It was imperative he leave his contracting career and re-invent life, and our diet, as we knew it. This was a tremendously reflective & creative time which transpired into what is now our fully-baked and infused pizza crust product line!

All of our crusts are fully baked & sold fresh at the farmer's market. They freeze well, as packaged, for up to 6 months. There are several flavors & flours in our total line up, and different sizes, all of which include our special-herb-blend, with some cheese topped, also vegan options, keto crusts, and our very popular Paleo options. Subtle layers of flavor that bump up homemade pizzas! Easy to use, fun to make, nutritiously made, tasty! Simple ingredients - no enhancers, additives or preservatives - contains local, Oregon, or Pacific Northwest items. All small batch, handpressed.
