Description

Winner of the 1990 Rodale taste test for softneck garlic. Rich flavor with a medium level of heat or spiciness. A wonderful garlic for all-purpose use where less heat is preferred.It is delicious raw and roasted as well as in Asian food. This garlic was discovered on the Colville Indian Reservation in northern Washington. Its tight coarse tunics make for a long storage life of up to 9 months.
