Briar Rose Creamery is a small team of cheesemakers, crafting award-winning cheeses in Dundee, Oregon. Everything is made by hand, from start to finish. We love making great cheese that we want to eat every day and share around the table with others.

Production Practices
Antibiotic And Hormone Free Pastured
All cheese is made with antibiotic-free, and growth-hormone free milk. All cow's milk cheese is produced from certified organic Ayrshire cow's milk from Perrin Family Farms near Woodburn, Oregon. Cow and goats have access to pastures 24/7 for at least 9 months per year.
