La Femme Fatali: Roasted Sweet Potato, Fatali Peppers, Onions, Vinegar, Sea Salt. NO Sugar!
This pepper is very special to us, it is widely used in Central Africa but not available commercially in the US. We have it grown on Sauvie Island just for this hot sauce! It has a skunky grapefruit flavor that we combine with sweet potato for a smooth texture and sweet flavor. It has a bit of a Carribean vibe. The heat is a huge 10 minute burn.
