Smoky Coffee Chili Oil: Chilies Morita, de Arbol, and California, Peanut Oil, Black Garlic, Sea Salt, Sesame Seeds, Ground Coffee.
This oil was born from a customer demand for a medium heat chili oil. It has quickly become the customer favorite. When developing the recipe I was thinking about the rich and layered flavors of mole. It is amazing paired with rich and creamy dishes like mac and cheese or chowder.
