Bluebird Alpine Liqueur

Our winter darling: The Bluebird Alpine is our homage to the European Alpine warming spirits told through our PNW perspective. The spirit is created from the fermentation of black tea, dried apples, cinnamon, and clove. To that central backbone of flavor, we add plenty of fresh ginger to produce a spicy, warming sensation that quickly settles into the chest and fires up the internal furnace. The finish is buffeted by fennel root, oak bark, and angelica root that produces a buttery, savory, woodsy maple flavor that is highly suggestive of eating waffles in a log cabin. Sip it and dream.
