Our Spice Tea spirit begins as a fermentation of Chinese Yunnan black tea, ginger, and tumeric. To that backbone of flavor we layer in: 3 different types of orange peel (sweet, curacao, & bergamot), 2 different types of cinnamon (Ceylon cinnamon & cassia bark), and All spice, to create a smooth sipping liqueur that is both refreshingly aromatic and redolent of Caribbean spices.
