Townshend's Gin

Our unapologetically floral step into the New American/International Gin category. The alcohol is created through a fermentation of lavender, chamomile tea, and jasmine green tea, to which we add traditional gin botanicals - namely juniper, bitter orange peel, and coriander. On the nose, it's reminiscent of a more traditional London Dry gin, but on the palate, the floral elements of the alcohol beautifully envelop the juniper. This gives you a softer, more rounded out, and floral forward gin that tastes reminiscent of how your garden smells in the summer.
