You've stepped into the sights, sounds and marvelous aromas of Pearl Bakery, one of Portland's pioneer artisan bakeries, established in 1997, local and family-owned, now in it's second generation. From baguettes, multigrains, levains, and open-crumb pugliese to delicious pastries and croissants, Pearl Bakery pays tribute to time-honored, hand-crafted baking traditions using natural and wholesome ingredients. It's breads and treats have graced the tables of many of Portland's finest restaurants, coffee shops and humblest of home gatherings for two decades.
It has been our pleasure to grow with and be a continuing presence in Portland Farmers Markets for many years. In addition to PFM, we invite you to visit our "mother ship" at 102 NW 9th Avenue (corner of 9th and Couch) where we also serve Batdorf & Bronson coffee, hot and cold sandwiches on fresh bread, hot croissant breakfast sandwiches and a full array of our pastries and cookies.
