Kathy bakes up some awesome pies using seasonal fruits and locally grown veggies.  Ingredients Locally Sourced-Ho Farm, Peterson Farm, Aloun Farm, Waialua Chocolate, Naked Cow Dairy, and Wow Farm.  My personal favorite and a must try item is Kathy's Chicken Pot Pie.  Be careful this item is addicting.
