We are a unique food truck concept that believe of combining the best of the most famous food items in the World. Pizza's and Burgers. Our concept is based on the principles of Passion, Tradition and Quality. We offer a truly authentic Neapolitan Pizza that we bake in our custom made woodfired oven from Italy and there we also bake the Burger buns from the pizza dough to order. Everything on the truck is made and cooked fresh, nothing is pre cooked or frozen. We strictly choose the best possible ingredients available to us, such as the high grade fresh Mozzarella, to Imported Italian romano Tomatoes for our pizza sauce that we freshly prepare and crush ourselves. We use the finest of Italian flour in order to get the authentic Pizza which requires such flour to even be designated or called Pizza Napoletana. For the burgers we use high grade angus ground beef and we never freeze the patties. since we buy our meats and cheese in small batches in order to maintain quality. We also offer a small selection of Salads and Fries.
