Our love for Family, friends and food is what Stix&Stone is all about. Our family originated in southern Italy, in the region of Puglia. The southern Italian style of cooking also known as “cucina rustica” meaning
“simple and delicious” is what makes us special and different from anything you’ve ever tasted.
Our custom trailer is equipped with a wood burning brick oven imported directly from Italy. Our oven can reach temperatures up to 1000F cooking your pizza in as little as 90 seconds.
