Pat Carrier’s several successful careers have now led her to the exciting medium of Acrylic Pour Painting and making one of a kind Arts & Crafts.

A degree in Master Gardening led to her recognition of color blending and systematic planning and the creation of a highly praised woodland garden at her home in central Virginia.

Tours and events held at The Gardens at Serenity Cove gained such notoriety that central Virginia residents practically demanded a garden wedding venue. The result was ten years of beautiful intimate weddings held at The Gardens and numerous awards, including most beautiful garden wedding venue, cited by The Richmond Times Dispatch.

Pat’s next artistic endeavor was photography and it too reached artistic success. Her works appeared in several juried shows and sold well.

Her discovery of poured acrylics meant the cameras were put aside.

Pat’s greatest attribute is tenacity and she has applied that personal characteristic to her research, study and experimentation in the medium she is now totally fascinated with. Her work exhibits her great color sense and originality. Recently she has added to her creative repertoire with very creative arts and craft items and seasonal wreaths.

Her enthusiasm and creativity are exhibited daily. She can be found in her studio, literally, from sun rise to sun set.
