Hello! I am an artisan home bakery that falls under the TX cottage food law. I bake gluten, dairy, soy, and nut free cookies, cakes, and comfort bakes. Comfort bakes include things like cinnamon rolls, banana bread muffins, buttermilk biscuits! I work from my apartment in south Lewisville and currently go to Canton First Monday's in Canton, Tx.
Jessie is an Artisan home baker who came into the gluten and dairy free scene due to medical issues. Her goal is to make gluten, dairy, soy and nut free baked goods that "taste like the real thing". As a self proclaimed foodie, making people get those warm fuzzy feelings when eating a baked good is what motivates her creativity in baking!
