Our elderberry tea is made from only our whole elderberries, harvested this season, ginger, cloves, and cinnamon. It has no actual tea leaves in it, so is not caffeinated. Each bag of elderberry tea contains over half a pound of fresh elderberries, cooked down and dehydrated.
