The Smokery

We are a small artisan Smokehouse that specializes in smoking small batches of Wild & Organically Raised Salmon every week and we only sell at Farmer's Markets. We have created 10 unique flavors and routinely offer at least 8 at each market, including one that does not have any sugars or sweeteners (called Simply Salmon). We offer a Smoked Salmon punch card so when you buy 10 pieces, you get the 11th one absolutely FREE-!!
