Pickled Cranberries

Pickled Cranberries are a festive treat that liven up a kale salad, are great with turkey or chicken, and the Cranberry Brineade makes the most excellent cocktails! The berries are packed with vitamin C and are fermented just like our other pickled vegetables but with a little sugar for the holidays. These are grown by Washington’s first organically certified cranberry operation, Starvation Alley Farm, and we’re thrilled to partner with them.
