MHF infuses local honey with locally grown Trinidad scorpion peppers, jalapenos, and other flavors. We made 2 flavors of spicy, savory honeys and one flavor made for desserts, cocktails, and drinks. At every market, I supply individual samples of each product to give each customer an interactive experience.
