Rolais’ Caribbean Baking Co. is a Caribbean inspired Gourmet Donut Shop taking flavors and influences popular in the Caribbean and putting a unique spin on them while highlighting a cause. Rolais’ Caribbean was conceived by Toi Roberts owner and self- taught pastry chef. The inspiration behind Rolais’ Caribbean Baking Co. came when a friend from Haiti exposed Toi to the Caribbean culture and Haiti’s social issues. Toi went on to experiment with many tropical flavors, spices and different combinations applying them to food favorites to create what is now “Rolais’ Caribbean Baking Co.” All Donuts by Rolais’ Caribbean Baking Co. are inspired using popular Caribbean flavors or products, Caribbean pop culture or traditional dessert favorites mixed with Caribbean influences. Our social goal is to help Haitian children pay for school cost by sharing a portion of each sale to the cause. The Rolais’ Caribbean Baking Co. brand creates original products that bring joy and delight to everyone. Our mission is to make quality, innovative donuts inspired by the Caribbean that are both delightful and delicious with a commitment to invoke charity, interest and excitement.
