Big Curtis Barbecue Sauce

My wife sells three types of Kansas City style barbecue sauces. She was in the bbq business for over 16 years and decided to produce her own sauce. Her sauce did finish in the top 20 at the Kansas City American Royal BBQ sauce contest.
