Our group has been together for over 28 years via the catering business. We've been making our salami chips since 1996. At that time our client requested a tapas menu. Go back to when there was no internet, we went to the library to research what a tapas menu was and recipes to be used. Salami chips were created as a combination of a few ideas we saw that day. Fast forward to 2020 when keto, high protein & charcuterie boards were all the rage + COVID. We had plenty of time to figure out how to package our salami chips and get USDA certified. Salami chips are thinly sliced hard salami with our patent pending process we take out half the fat and half the calories. They are gluten free, sugar free and has 0 carbs. Crunchy like a potato chip but all the protein made out of salami. Salami chips are great on their own but even better paired with your favorite jams, cheeses, mustards... Crunched up on salads, eggs, avocado toast. We hope you enjoy a mouthful of moxy and crunch it up a notch.
