mushrooms are grown on hardwood substrates that have been inoculated with the mushroom mycelium. the entire process of mushroom cultivation requires diligent, highly sterile environments to ensure success of colonization of the desired mushroom.
I obtained my BS in biology and have decided to run my own mushroom cultivation to supply the highest quality mushrooms in the mid Michigan area as well as provide the knowledge of how beneficial mushrooms can be when incorporated into a daily diet/regimen.
