Business Description:Florida fresh family of farms is a coordinated effort of Jan Costa, many independent local ranchers and farmers. Our gourmet grass fed cattle are a result of a partnership with 3rd & 4th generation cattlemen. Florida fresh meat company is a locally owned family business established in 2008. We are proud to produce fresh local meat for the public under USDA inspection. All of our animals are pasture and organically raised and feast on a salad bar of pesticide free forage. Our farms, ranches and harvesting facility all practice humane animal treatment and operate chemical, hormone and antibiotic free.

Product Description:Locally raised, healthy, sustainable meat. Grass fed & finished beef, pasture raised pork, lamb, goat, chicken, turkey and duck.Florida raised gator - phosphate and preservative free all raised without any hormones or antibiotics.We offer variety beef packs, combo meat packs, and bulk beef.
We have individual vacuum packages for our retail customers and bulk sun primal packaging for our commercial customers. All meats are sold frozen at events.

Vending experience:Not only are we found in meat stores, butcher shops, retail stores, Hyatt hotels and restaurants committed to local, sustainable healthy food we are also vendors at the Gainesville farmers market, Spring Hill and vendors at the Saturday Farmers Market in Ybor!
Our booth set up will have a freezer, small super quiet generator, coolers, banners, a rolling kitchen island to use as a podium and a tent. All set up and supplies will be brand new for new events.
