Howlin' Hot Sauce is different from other sauces. First, we use habanero peppers and bring out their sweet, fruity flavor. We even out the sweet and spice of the peppers with the tartness of dried cranberries, and the earthiness of ginger. We add a final dash of lime juice, and the result is a balanced sauce that can be enjoyed by all!
