Frozen Wild King and Coho Salmon portions & Jars of Smoked Salmon

Our salmon portions come in half pound or 1 pound portions that are frozen and vacuum sealed just days after they were pulled from the wild waters of Alaska. We also have our favorite salmon burger, which is a ground-type texture of salmon that is perfect for making your own salmon patties or salmon tacos. Our smoked salmon is smoked with Alder wood smoke, then pressure cooked in jars that are shelf stable and ready to eat as soon as you crack it open!
