"D.E.M Pies" D.E.M Pies is a variation of an old southern delicacy Chess Pie. The variation of this traditional pie is a cross between a chess and an egg custard - the consistency, thickness, and richness of D.E.M Pies is what makes our pie different.

Throughout the years my mother taught me to make the traditional pie and over the past years, my husband and I have tweeked the recipe, modified the ingredients to individual needs and the process to perfect a pie for you to enjoy. So D.E.M - Dealine Jones, Erika and Melvin Rice have made our pies with love and share them with our friends, family and acquaintances.
