For the Love of Toffee, LLC is a Sparta, NJ based business offering handmade, small batch packaged toffee in four uniquely delicious flavors:

Baking has always been a passion of mine. I fully embrace the notion that it’s a true combination of art and science. Building the right balance of flavors requires constant experimentation, coupled with the understanding of basic food science principles to allow ingredients to work together to create that perfect recipe. I’m basically obsessed with hitting all the right notes of taste and texture in every bite of my food!
Many years ago, I was experimenting with some new holiday desserts and created the Salted Peanuts & Dark Chocolate Toffee. It was as an instant hit with family and friends. They would anxiously await a new batch of toffee each year, telling me how addicting it was. I realized I had something pretty special when my dad, (who is NOT much of a dessert eater by the way), requested "his own batch" of toffee for his Christmas gift, which he would then freeze and eat throughout the year!
During this same timeframe, an opportunity had presented itself for me to create customized desserts for a restaurant in Sparta, NJ and also teach the kitchen staff how to recreate the desserts in my absence, as I was balancing a full time career and raising my two boys. It had always been a dream of mine to parlay my love of baking into a business of my own and this incredible experience solidified my desire to one day turn that dream into a reality.
Years later, with my kids now grown, I was ready to get my business venture underway. I began researching everything I needed to know about starting a small food company in NJ and took all the necessary steps to establish my business. This included contracting with a licensed commercial kitchen space where I make and package my products. And with that, For the Love of Toffee, LLC was born.
On top of the fact that I’m doing something I absolutely love, this business endeavor has sparked a great deal of energy and excitement within my family as well. It’s truly bringing everyone together to rally behind something special.
