We are a beverage technology startup here in Watertown specializing in specialty coffee! Founded by David Dussault, who was born and raised in Mass and graduated from MIT, we have developed and patented Snapchill Technology! It allows us to make hot coffee cold in minutes. We are able to capture all the aromatics and flavor (800-1000 compounds!) that only hot water unlocks in a cold format. Ultimately creating an completely new experience when drinking cold coffee. No ice needed! We work with over 50 roasters worldwide Snapchilling their coffee. Including local favorites such as George Howell, Fazenda, New Harvest, and Bolt Coffee. They all agree, we create the best cold coffee on earth! We are able to utilize our Cafe countertop Snapchiller to make cold coffee on demand while also offering cans for quick, on the go service. Our coffee has zero additives, sugar, or dairy and the cans contain 1 calorie each!
