Barts Handcrafted Ice Cream Co. was founded in 1976. Barts Super-Premium Ice Cream is made from fresh, real, local ingredients, handcrafted in small batches and made locally in Greenfield, Massachusetts.

At Barts we only put what we love in our pints. That means local, high quality ingredients, and as much ice cream as we possibly can! Each and every pint is hand packed by our team of passionate ice cream enthusiasts. From our table to yours!

Barts only uses all natural high quality locally-sourced ingredients. Barts has never used rBST Growth Hormones or Corn Syrup in our ice cream mix. We only use Non-GMO Cane Sugar. Our Ice Cream is 16% butterfat and 20% overrun which is why it is not only delicious but super creamy and super dense, you get a solid 1lb pint with Barts.
