Oliver's Icebox produces and packages handcrafted cookie ice cream sandwiches and distributes them from an ice cream bicycle. All of our cookies are made from scratch and our ice cream is locally sourced. We have been slinging sandwiches since 2016 and can be found at local Nashville farmers markets, festivals, and catering private events.

Josh is a Marketing and Entrepreneurship teacher at Beech High School. In 2016 Josh decided he could not in good faith teach students how to be entrepreneurs if he had not started and owned a business himself. After a brainstorming session with good friend Jared Usrey, Oliver's Icebox was launched.
