Hello there! My name is Ewa Fraszczyk. I am chef that just launched my own little business! I am originally form Poland and I would like to introduce my customers to Polish cuisine. My idea is to create for people food that is very close to my heart. It is the same food that my mamcia make for me when I was growing up!
