O-ramen is a ramen shop located in Pullman, Washington. In addition to serving bowls of ramen we have also recently started selling kakigori, shaved ice. Unlike traditional sno-cones found in the US kakigori is made using a Japanese ice block shaver. These machines make very delicate ice shavings that have a light powdery texture that holds the flavor instead of letting it run through the ice to the bottom of the cup.
Orin started working at Palouse local restaurants in 2008. Since then he has worked at many of the great spots on the Palouse. In 2019 Orin started O-ramen to continue exploring his obsession with ramen.
