About

My work combines creative repurposing with fine craftsmanship. My pieces use repurposed objects such as coins, keys, gears, pen nibs, and any other interesting objects I can turn into wearable art. I use reclaimed & salvaged metals as often as possible, cleaning and reworking copper and brass. Wherever possible I use recycled sterling silver in all of my silver pieces. One of my specialties is Hand Cut Coins. I learned by cutting Abe Lincoln's profile out of old copper pennies at my father's workbench when I was a child. Each component in my work has had it's own unique history and journey before finding it's way to my workbench to be reincarnated as a beautiful piece of wearable art.

I grew up in a family of jewelers, and have been making and selling jewelry alongside my parents since I was a child. I've taken the skills learned on my father's workbench, and added my own unique taste and style. I have been a full-time craftsman for several years, doing fairs, festivals and shows mostly in North Carolina and Virginia. We have recently relocated to Salt Lake City and I am very much looking forward to participating in events here with my new creative community.
