This is traditional style sauerkraut, simple and clean. Cabbage is the star of the show, accompanied by caraway seeds. Enjoy this funky fermented side as a salad or sandwich topping. Feel free to munch on it plain as a snack too! This product is not heated during processing, so all beneficial bacteria are alive and well.
