We are a full service smokehouse BBQ food trailer and caterer. This family affair brings together good times and great food! Kevin, the Pitmaster, together with his family, will offer you the best smoked meats and fixin's around! What began as a passion for food and Texas travel, has evolved into a world class menu on wheels!

Many folks have never tasted real slow-smoked BBQ and don't realize that the flavor comes from the wood and the smoke – not the sauce. Our meats are served naked and complemented with our house made sauce on the side.

We use as many locally sourced ingredients as possible, from our Italian sausage to our local bakery's rolls. Eastern Market peeps are one of our favs also!
