GOOD TILTH FARM is an urban micro-farm located DFW. Good soil grows good food and at Good Tilth we grow living soils, delicious, nutrient-dense foods that our nourish bodies and then deliver these immune-building "superfoods" right to your door.
GTF does not use genetically modified seed or any pesticides, herbicides or fungicides. Our microgreens are grown in a specialized soil mix and watered with filtered water. Permaculture and Probiotic farming practices are used in our market garden and superfood nursery. Our micros are more flavorful than any the other greens we have found. When possible we use reusable or biodegradable packaging and after harvest the leftover microgreen roots and soil are food for our quail, worms and compost for the nursery plants.
Kirsten is the owner of GTF and a certified permaculture designer certified through the Permaculture Institute of Australia. Over the past 11 years she has worked as a garden and farm educator in schools, as a farm and greenhouse manager and founded Good Tilth Farm and Nursery in 2015 to feed and teach people. She is currently studying Korean Natural Farming.
