It’s trendy these days to use buzzwords like “local,” “sustainable,” “hand-crafted”, “farm-to-table” when describing one’s restaurant. The truth is, everyone likes good food, surrounded by friends, family, and neighbors – that is what we are all about. The food we create is sourced locally where possible from area farmers, ranchers and cheese makers. The result is both something excitingly fresh and familiar. We celebrate living in a rural hub of producers by featuring its tastiest products.
Beyond the food, we’ve uncovered a historic gem in the center of downtown Burley and painstakingly restored and updated one of the oldest main street landmarks. We used locally reclaimed and recycled materials to create an architectural masterpiece – featuring an olive oil tasting bar, live music stage, dining room and large events space.
Our Brewery- Cassia County's first and only brewery, we micro-brew 7 craft beers. Our Irish Red nitro brew, Belgian Triple, IPA, Hefeweizen, Golden Ale, Stout and Apple Cider are available on tap. Stop in and sample a beer flight or enjoy a pint.
Open for Lunch Tuesday- Saturday 11am-3pm. Open for Dinner Friday & Saturday from 5pm-9:30pm. At Kassiani we showcases a local musician playing our Grand Piano in our exquisite dinning room every weekend. We are known for our House-Made Breads and Pastries. We bake our bread fresh daily and make our soups and desserts daily. Our Premium Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegar's are produced from different regions worldwide and sold locally at our restaurant, Stoke's Food Market and Burly Meats. We have a large menu with great options, great spot for meetings and business lunch. We Cater office Lunch Meetings, Weddings, Retirement Parties and other Events. We're part of Cassia County Chamber and have the friendliest restaurant staff around. Our chefs are some of the most experienced in the Burley area and use their culinary talent to create daily features from fresh local ingredients. Our menu offers Salads, Seafood, Steaks, Pastas, Flatbread Pizza and Sandwiches. We offer dinning in our restaurant, online ordering, carry out and curbside pickup.
