Blackening Seasoning

Hand Blended from paprika, garlic, onion, oregano, cumin, yellow mustard, cayenne, thyme, black pepper, celery seed and bay leaves.

For best results: Mix 1-2 TBS Blackened Seasoning to 1 Cup Butter. Slather on one side of meat. Lay in very hot pan. (Preferably cast iron) Cook approx. 1-2 minutes. Slather mixture on other side of meat. Turn and cook until done.
