SBL Bao & Taiyaki

We are a street food vendor serving Asian night market–inspired comfort foods, offering a mix of savory and sweet grab-and-go items. One of our top crowd favorites is our Vietnamese Steamed Pork Bao Buns, made from a homemade family recipe that’s been passed down for over 30 years. Each bun is soft and fluffy, filled with seasoned pork, Chinese sausage, and egg all together for a rich, traditional flavor. We also serve Taiyaki fish-shaped waffles with both sweet and savory fillings including Red Bean, Nutella, Pepperoni & Cheese, and Mozzarella Cheese. Our handmade Dim Sum Shu Mai are filled with a shrimp and pork blend and steamed fresh. To round out the menu, we offer Sweet Buns in Red Bean and Custard. Our goal is to provide patrons with authentic, homemade street food flavors in a fun and approachable market setting.
