Koehn Trout Farms is a small family-run business located in the scenic Snake River Valley. The journey begins with the egg and is hatched and raised to market size at our spring-fed hatcheries. After ten years at a local hatchery, I left to pursue my own business where I could involve my family and realize my dream of following my fish from hatch to market. Today we offer you the quality found only in small farms. We know that for a genuinely great tasting trout it needs to be fresh. We offer you trout that are field dressed, chilled on ice, and brought to you within 24 hours for the ultimate in freshness and taste. Beyond that, we welcome you to visit our farm in Buhl where you can catch your own or have us fill your cooler. We also offer private pond stocking with-in the state of Idaho.
