Bitchin' Babkas stemmed from the simple question: "Wtf even is a babka?" Well, for those who may not know, it is a Polish Jewish sweet dough that is traditionally filled with chocolate or cinnamon. However, at Bitchin' Babkas the limit does not exist. Pumpkin Cheesecake, S'Mores, and Birthday Cake are just a few of the decadent twists on this swirled baked bread.
