I run a small, one man, mushroom farm where I grow all different types of gourmet and therapeutic mushrooms. My goal is to provide a product far superior in both quality and freshness to anything available in a grocery store or mass supplier and to introduce people to beautiful and delicious mushrooms that they may otherwise never be able to enjoy or get the benefits from.

I perform every part in the process myself, from cloning the best quality mushrooms for reproduction and sterilizing my own locally sourced grain spawn and substrate, all the way through fruiting and harvest. I harvest and package as close as possible to the date of sale to ensure maximum freshness and quality.
I am also very environmentally conscious in my practices. All my bags are biodegradable, I compost all my spent mushroom blocks back into valuable nutrients for the soil and all of the bulk products I use are sourced locally to help reduce my carbon footprint and support other local businesses.
