Sugar & Spud is a local Idaho home-based cookie business serving up our signature brown butter “Spuds” — small, potato-shaped cookies made with Idahoan potato flakes. Inspired by our family’s adventures around Idaho, each flavor is named after a place we love and has a story behind it.

We love keeping our ingredients close to home, too, using thoughtfully sourced ingredients including Idaho-grown sugar, locally milled flour, and Idaho-sourced huckleberries in our huckleberry flavor.

Our Spuds are handcrafted, prepackaged, and made with simple ingredients. Every flavor has a story, and every bag is a little taste of Idaho. 💜
