Rooted in our Indian heritage and the ancestral tradition of sharing chai, 𝑪𝑯.𝑨𝒊 is our expression of the intelligence carried through generations: the knowledge of ingredients, the ritual of preparation, and the simple human act of gathering around chai.

We hand-cook each brew in Boerne with intention, care, and respect for the traditional process, using organic black tea from India and premium, authentic ingredients. Inspired by the chai we were raised on, our process allows the tea and spices to slowly come together through an alchemic infusion, creating the depth, balance, and natural sweetness that make our chai distinctly 𝑪𝑯.𝑨𝒊. Rooted in ancestral intelligence and carried forward through generations, it is now 𝐁𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐝 for today.

Smooth, rich, naturally sweet, and beautifully balanced, our chai is made with no dairy and no refined sugar. Served warm or refreshingly chilled in reusable 32 oz glass jars, with samples available for market guests to experience.
